Terms and Conditions

Manda’s Mutts will provide services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner.

Dogs must be sociable with other dogs and children. Manda’s Mutts reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker and/or other dogs.

The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (heat, thunderstorms, snow etc) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.

Unfortunately, we do not walk bitches in season but we can offer a Dog Sitting service during this time.

We do NOT offer a service for banned breeds including Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, Japanese Tosa, American Pit Bull type/cross breed dogs.

The client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are
incurred whilst pets are in the care of Manda’s Mutts. Pets should be up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment. I ask that your pets are in general good health and you must advise me of any behavioural problems your pet may have.

Manda’s Mutts will care for your pet as you would and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, Manda’s Mutts can not be held liable for any loss, disappearance, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.

All dogs will remain on a lead at all times unless an agreement has been reached and written permission has been received from the owner. I will also need to be confident that the dog will do a recall. No more than 4 dogs will be walked together by one handler on a group walk.

Manda’s Mutts can not be held responsible for any damage (inside or out) to the owners property for whatever reason.

Clients must inform Manda’s Mutts if their pet has or has had any illness since making the
booking. A pet with any infectious condition will not be accepted until cleared. If clients return home early, for any reason, no reductions will be made.

Client agrees to authorise Manda’s Mutts to handle any emergencies that may arise in accordance with the “Veterinarian Release Form”. Manda’s Mutts will make every effort to contact the client.

Clients are required to provide all necessary items such as bedding, food, toys and treats
to ensure that their pet is provided for.

Manda’s Mutts requires you to have a responsible party to take care of your home in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness and in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster. It is best your emergency contact is a neighbour so they can reach your home. Manda’s Mutts is not responsible for home/belongings in these circumstances.

Cancellations must be received by 9pm on the day preceding a scheduled visit or the normal fee will be charged. Manda’s Mutts reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

Business and visiting hours are as stated on the ‘Client Information’ sheet. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash or cheque. Clients are required to pay weekly inadvance or leave payment ready for collection on the first day of each week. A £15 fee will be charged on all returned cheques.

Manda’s Mutts will not be responsible for any keys the client has asked to be mailed. A charge will be made for the collection/return of house keys.

If you would like to discuss your requirements you can call me on 07967235422 or 01384 350892 between 9am – 9pm, seven days a week. If I am unavailable please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in Manda’s Mutts.
